A superb quality pair of Victorian walnut library chairs, English, Circa 1860.
These chairs are in excellent showroom condition, newly upholstered in a thick leather and hand dyed using traditional technique to create a rich cigar brown colour. Finished with individually hand tacked studs.
Tall smooth back rests and deeply buttoned seats, with small leather pads on each arm.
These seats are generous in size and very comfortable to sit on.
Beautiful walnut frames with crisp carved scroll arms and nicely shaped legs with brass casters.
